Minutes are bought up front and drawn down as you talk. The smallest package is $28.74 CAD for 12 minutes, which works out to about $2.40 a minute. Tax is included in that figure and nothing is added at checkout.
Do I pay by the minute or a flat fee?
You buy a block of minutes and only the minutes you actually use are deducted. Unused minutes stay on your account for your next call, they do not expire at the end of the month.
Can I call right away?
Yes. Once the purchase goes through, your account is credited immediately and you can call 1-888-554-8999. Advisors answer around the clock.
Why do I need an account before calling?
The line identifies you by the phone number you call from, so it knows whose minutes to draw down and can connect you without asking for payment details over the phone. If you call from a different phone, an 8 digit PIN on your dashboard identifies you instead.
Are the prices in Canadian dollars?
