Hi my name is Richard. I work with an awesome group of people at Truepsychics.ca.
When I engage with clients, friends or relatives I’ll often ask them what their first childhood memory is.
Science claims that for most people, memory starts to stay with us when we are between 24 and 30 months old. I was two when this particular experience happened to me
.
As a child I was struck very heavily on the top of my head. I don’t know what had hit me but it hurt very badly. The pain was intense. I was unconscious but didn’t know it at the time.
The memory of that few minutes is still fresh with me today. It is still one of the strongest and clearest things I can remember with regards to my childhood.
I remember feeling intense pain. The pain was so bad I just remember I wanted it to stop but it wouldn’t. Then, something strange happened. I began spiralling through this tunnel of bright colors. After the bright colours a very bright whitish light began to appear and was getting more and more intense. Suddenly, what I thought was a man appeared. I felt as though I knew him. He was dressed in white and was lightly touching his greyish beard. I can’t begin to explain the familiarity and joy I was feeling while encountering this ‘vision.’ The pain in my head was no longer with me. The only thing I felt was a very strong sense of happiness and familiarity. I felt very safe. It was truly incredible.
When I became conscious, my mother was holding me and had put some cold clothes on my head to try and stop the bleeding. I remember seeing lots of red on me and on the floor around me. We lived on a farm and it was a long way to a doctor so my Mom had to react quickly. She also used a flower paste to help stop the bleeding.
I was ‘back’ but didn’t really realize what had happened until I grew older and could make sense of the entire situation.
It was obvious to me I was on the cusp of eternal happiness in heaven but it just wasn’t my time.
This experience has obviously had a profound effect on my adult life as well as my beliefs in the afterlife.
